The Assessment Module of E*TRAC includes the standardized offender assessment (SOA) battery of diagnostic tools: The Simple Screening Instrument (SSI), the Level of Supervision Inventory (LSI), the Adult Substance Use Survey (ASUS) and the Substance Use History Matrix (SUHM). Additionally, we include Domestic Violence Screening Instrument (DVSI 1014) and the Oregon Sex Offender Risk Assessment tool. New diagnostic instruments are added often.
